About Petra
I have been working full-time as an aerobics and gymnastics instructor since 2002 and still enjoy every single class.Through my experience as a personal trainer, I understand the needs of the individual.
It is the many workouts each week that make me the healthy and fun-loving person that I am.
I enjoy sharing my knowledge and diverse experiences because the need for motivated fitness instructors is limitless.
