About Diogenis

After successfully completing my bachelor's degree in nutritional sciences, I wanted to expand my expertise in the field of human nutrition. Currently, I am about to complete my master's degree with a focus on molecular nutrition.   

Sports (soccer, weight training, martial arts), a diet that goes with it, and generally living as healthy a lifestyle as possible have been the focus of my everyday life for many years.               

As a nutritionist working in the health sector, I feel obliged to pass on my many years of experience in theory and practice.
