- What is covered in the advanced kettlebell workshop?
Our aim in the advanced course is to improve and perfect the participants' technique. One focus is on the more complex kettlebell swing variations.
Having already covered the kettlebell clean in the kettlebell beginner workshop , this course introduces the slightly heavier snatch . Kettlebell training will also focus on various bottom-up techniques, the windmill, jerk and pistol.
