Functional taping and kinesis taping
Taping / Kinesis taping workshop
The application of functional adhesive bandages has become indispensable in the field of sports and therapy. They are commonplace in sports medicine, trauma surgery and orthopaedics. However, taping is also increasingly being used in popular and fitness sports , primarily as a preventative muscular measure and joint protection.
The tape bandage does not completely immobilize the treated joints or muscles, but only prevents unwanted or excessive movements. It is therefore a functional bandage that is suitable for everyday use.
