Systems of Movement Control
This applies both to instructed exercises and to everyday actions. In case of instructed exercises, environmental conditions are usually taken into consideration. However, it may happen that they are ignored. When it comes to training, it is important to consider the environmental conditions, because they can have an impact on the performance.
In this course neuro-athletic training methods with and without tools are presented and described. It is explained what they are used for and what should be taken into consideration during training. The participants learn about movement controlling systems and information processing and also get instructions for training those systems in practice.
