Neuocentered Whole Body Exercises
In this subject, participants learn how the neurological components of movement affect the overall workout. For this purpose, the following four basic full-body exercises, which combine an optimal amount of strength, flexibility, coordination and conditioning, are used: the squat, the lunge, the push-up and the rowing with a long barbell.
Each of these exercises is studied and analyzed in the neuro-centered training method. Participants learn how to perform the exercises correctly and which muscles are activated during each exercise. They also receive tips on how to vary and intensify the exercises, which helps improve performance and prevent injuries.
