Health-oriented training (EMS)
Health, mobility and well-being can be taken to a new level with targeted EMS training - especially for people with restricted mobility, muscular imbalances or typical everyday complaints. Instead of pressure to perform, the focus here is on a preventative, health-oriented approach that guarantees safety and individual support.
You will focus intensively on posture, mobility and stability and learn how poor posture can be identified, analyzed and sustainably improved through targeted EMS exercises. Typical complaints such as back, shoulder and neck pain are examined in a practical way and translated directly into effective exercise concepts.
Another focus is on the joint-friendly use of EMS: you will learn which training parameters are useful for a health-oriented program and how to optimally control the load. This makes EMS a versatile tool for improving bodily function, reducing pain and providing targeted support for your clients' long-term health.
