Safe and professional segmental massage always starts with the right assessment. In this subject, you will learn when it makes sense to use it, which complaints it can be used to support and when special care is required.
You will deal with typical areas of application such as muscular tension, functional disorders and stress-related complaints. At the same time, you will learn to recognize absolute and relative contraindications , evaluate them correctly and incorporate them responsibly into your treatment decisions.
Another focus is on careful clarification prior to treatment. You will develop a clear understanding of how to assess your clients' state of health, minimize risks and act professionally in everyday practice. This also includes knowledge of the legal boundaries in the commercial sector so that you work safely, responsibly and professionally correctly.
This subject gives you the necessary confidence to correctly classify indications and contraindications in segmental massage and to plan treatments in a well-founded manner.
