High Intensity Interval Training
HIIT is an abbreviation that can be read more and more often in the circles of fitness trainers and personal trainers. It stands for "High Intensity Interval Training" and describes a training program based on short, intensive workouts.
In this workshop, the basics of HIIT are developed and combined into a program that focuses on athletic, strenuous, yet intuitive and simple movement patterns. Unlike some other group fitness programs , we will develop a workout that combines the mental and physical opposites of functional training.
The workshop is primarily aimed at fitness instructors who want to include HIIT group training in their program. The content of the workshop includes the structure and sequence of a training session, the selection of the right music, suitable functional movement patterns, correct instruction, and much more. For in-depth knowledge of leading group training sessions, the Group Fitness Instructor course is suitable.
