Indoor cycling is one of the best and most varied methods of training your cardiovascular system and therefore your stamina. A wide variety of programs are performed to a wide variety of music and the participants motivate each other - usually to the very end.
What is our training goal?
During the cycling instructor training course , you will learn how to intelligently structure cycling classes, how to use music appropriately, how to motivate people and keep them engaged, and of course a sound scientific and theoretical background .
After our training,indoor cycling instructors are able to conduct varied and meaningful cycling classes and can pass on their enjoyment of cycling to others.
