A few years ago, doctors and physiotherapists were still focusing on taking it easy for older people. Now they are taking a new approach: integrating more exercise into everyday life! This promotes blood circulation, strengthens the muscles and promotes fitness for everyday life.
Targeted strength training can go one step further and protect people from common diseases: High blood pressure, osteoporosis or sarcopenia to name but a few.
- How is the workshop structured?
In this workshop, we will first take a general look at the definition, types and positive effects of crate training. We will then gradually build a bridge to senior training.
The focus will be on:
- Correct training control for strength training with seniors
- Consideration of pre-existing conditions
- Structure and organization of a training session
- Correct interaction with older people
- Who is this workshop suitable for?
In principle, for all people who would like to find out about preventative and training-specific measures against various age-related ailments and their positive influence on health.
