Training planning workshop
Are you a fitness enthusiast and would like to create your own training plans or improve your skills in the future? Our practice-oriented workshop on creating training plans will help you with this.
The workshop is the perfect opportunity to practise independent planning and to ask our instructors any questions you may have.
Who is the workshop aimed at?
The workshop is aimed at all fitness and health trainers who do not yet feel completely confident in training planning. The workshop also offers hobby and fitness athletes the opportunity to further educate themselves in the field of fitness and to take training more into their own hands.
Please note: Previous knowledge of training theory is recommended, as the theory is only briefly repeated.
Contents of the training planning workshop
After a brief insight into the theory of training planning , we then move on to the practical part. The most important points of the creation process are explained using a training example.
In the next step, you will work independently in small groups to design individual training plans. The focus here will be on classic and health-oriented cases:
- Muscle gain for beginners and advanced athletes
- Fat reduction and body shaping
- Posture correction for classic "desk workers"
We are also happy to work with specific target groups!
