How do I create a varied, gentle spine class or a "powerful" CoreFit session? What do I need to pay attention to in the sequence and what additional equipment can I use?
We will work on these and many other questions together so that each participant will feel able to hold a spine class or CoreFit unit independently after this workshop.
Theory:
- Brief review of the anatomy of the spine
- Which muscle groups we need for a healthy posture
- The most important contents of a spine unit
- Difference between a healthy spine and back fitness (CoreFit)
Practice:
- Use of additional equipment (Peziball, FlexiBar, mats, etc.)
- Building back strength, CoreFit - "power" unit, suitable for all age groups with a higher performance level and good state of health
- Building a healthy spine - quiet unit, suitable for all age groups, all ability levels and all health conditions with the use of small equipment
