Technique and discipline training
In this subject, you will learn about the technical basis of triathlon. You will learn how clean movement sequences, efficient cycling technique and the right equipment have a decisive influence on your performance.
In bike training, you will work on stability, cornering technique, shifting behavior and an economical pedaling motion. In transition training, you practise clear, fast sequences for T1 and T2 so that you save time and get through the competition with confidence. In the transition training, you will learn how to optimize the transition between the disciplines and train the typical transition phase in a targeted manner.
The subject combines all disciplines into a practical overall picture so that you are safer, more efficient and more powerful in the triathlon.
