Female anatomy & hormonal system
In this module, you will deepen your knowledge of the female anatomy and the hormonal system, which forms the basis for cycle-based coaching. You will learn about the most important hormones such as oestrogen, progesterone, LH, FSH and others and understand their mechanisms of action as well as their influence on women's health, well-being and performance.
A special focus is placed on the individual phases of the menstrual cycle, their physiological processes and the hormonal changes that occur in each phase. You will learn how these processes affect bodily functions, metabolism, energy levels and emotional stability . In addition, the connections between hormonal imbalances, cycle disorders and health complaints are highlighted.
This knowledge enables you to develop individual coaching strategies that take into account the natural fluctuations of the female body. The aim of this module is to give you a deep understanding of the hormonal foundations of women's health so that you can provide your clients with the best possible support.
