Anatomy in Practice: To make the learned anatomical knowledge tangible, we will put it into practice. Together, we will analyze yoga positions and understand how the bodys anatomy comes into play during movement. This allows you to improve your alignment, prevent injuries, and make your movements more conscious. Mastering Inversions: An exciting focus of this course is mastering inversions in yoga. We will gently guide you through positions such as handstand, headstand, and shoulder stand. Through clear instructions and individual support, we will help you develop the confidence and techniques to safely and successfully master these challenging positions.
