Module Sports competence
Anatomy
We educate the best trainers in the fitness branch. From start to finish of the education - and beyond!- we support and guide our students.
Functional anatomy is a foundation necessary for all trainers in exercise, fitness and sports. This subject provides a comprehensive introduction to the anatomy of the human body and a wellspring of important knowledge.
The course is constructed to present the information in an interesting and comprehensible manner and features different learning approaches appropriate for Fitness and Personal Trainers.
The goal is, to understand the relationship between movement patterns, the human body and relevant anatomical terminology.
Physiology
A working understanding of human physiology and therefore the relationships between the various functions of the human body is crucial for anyone working in the exercise and fitness field. It is a requisite knowledge for the sufficient practice of their profession.
This course makes the relationships within the human organism graspable for everyone. Take a deep-dive into the human body and learn the functions of our organism for your new profession in fitness.
In this subject you will get a close look at energy metabolism needed for muscle activation, the circulatory system and the pulmonary system.
Any high quality education in fitness and exercise begins with the foundations of anatomy and physiology.
Training theory
The first part of training theory teaches the basics of training, such as training principles, principles of training design, training methods and the factors of athletic performance. As performance, performance diagnostics, training and competition are closely interrelated, they are also taught accordingly in the course.
In the second part of training theory, training is defined and evaluated as a complex action process and in connection with planning, execution and evaluation. An important part of training theory is still the design of training plans, which is taught in practice with examples of the possibilities of designing a training plan.
In order to delve even deeper into training science, we have worked with top international speakers such as Prof. em. Dr. phil. Dr. med. Dr. h.c. Jürgen Weineck, we have also developed a video workshop on the subject of altitude training.
Sports Psychology - Communication & Motivation
In this unit participants are prepared for successful communication with their clients on every level. In addition, we take a look at how the trainer or coach can go about dealing with their own goals and motives, which will in turn help them better understand their clients.
The right goal-setting and the proper approach to feedback are an important parts of this unit.
The way we manage stress as trainers and with our clients and a variety of learning strategies are explored so these skills can be integrated into your professional approach.
Marketing & Customer Interaction
The unit on Marketing and Customer Interaction gives participants some insight into identifying, working with and marketing to their ideal customer. This is one of the most useful units for the aspiring trainer, as it helps them identify their place in the market, which makes for a more successful career start.
We begin by taking a look at Marketing itself to understand exactly what it is and of what relevance it has for personal trainers. Important basic concepts such as USP, positioning, target market, etc. are introduced and different models from marketing such as the SMART Formula, marketing mix (7Ps) and more are explained.
The communication between trainer and client is also addressed in this unit. Various aspects of communication theory and some guidelines for successful communication are covered.
Upon completion of this subject, participants are able to develop marketing strategies for their product and/or services, ready to position themselves in a market rich in variety and full of possibility!
First aid & sports injuries
Since injuries are a daily occurrence in sports, it is important to know about the causes and consequences of the most common injuries. In case of an emergency the personal trainer must be able to react quickly and correctly.
In addition, the understanding of various injury patterns helps to be able to avoid them from happening.
Intro to Corporate Wellness Programs
More and more companies are integrating Corporate Wellness and similar health initiatives into their employee benefits packages. By doing so they promote the health and well-being of their employees, reducing the incidence of sick-leave and building healthier, stronger team dynamics.
Exactly why such initiatives are important is discussed in this introduction to the concept, as well as challenges that such initiatives face including organisational dysfunction.
Participants also learn about the advantages of corporate wellness and some trusted approaches and tools for finding and working with a company.
We offer suggestions on how to approach companies about Corporate Wellness, how to develop a corporate wellness concept and important organisational points to consider. Participants will be exposed to some practical examples and will have the possiblity to perform group work on the topic.
Basic Nutrition
Our participants are introduced to the basics of sports nutrition.
As a foundation the composition of general nutrition including macro and micro nutrients, as well as the water balance, are discussed. In order to understand various correlations, the energy metabolism are explained in detail.
In addition, the effects of individual food components in the human body, as well as their importance in sports are covered.
Module Running practice & training control
Introduction: The basics of running
The fundamentals of running cover key topics around running training and the role of the running coach. It emphasizes the versatility and importance of running as a sport, as it is an accessible, flexible sport that offers both physical and mental benefits, such as strengthening the cardiovascular system, improving endurance and reducing stress. Emphasis is placed on the physiological basis of running, in particular energy metabolism (aerobic and anaerobic), the function of the cardiovascular system and muscles, and the important role of regeneration in preventing overuse injuries and adapting the body to increasing loads.
Different types of runners, such as recreational runners, ambitious runners and group runners, who each pursue different goals and motivations, are introduced. It is emphasized how important it is for a coach to understand and respond to these individual needs. Motivation and goal setting play a central role, whether through personal, competitive or social drives. Key concepts in running training, such as optimizing the running style, long-term training planning and measures for regeneration and injury prevention are also central topics. This content provides a comprehensive basis for the professional and individual coaching of runners.
Training planning and design
The design of long-term performance development (training planning) is one of the central activities of the running coach. Depending on the individual goal of the respective athlete, a variety of factors must be taken into account in order to optimize the planning from a physiological and psychological point of view. The challenges involved in designing an effective training plan vary enormously depending on performance level, (other) professional activity, (genetic) foundations, individual motivation, time constraints and external circumstances.
Anyone who has ever drawn up a training plan for a competition or other sporting goal knows how complex the subject is. Many runners are not aware of how important the right training plan is for success in a competition. It doesn't matter whether you want to run a half marathon, a marathon or even an ultramarathon. Even at these extreme distances, crucial seconds, even minutes, can be shaved off with the right training plan.
Many different factors need to be taken into account in order to optimize planning from both a physiological and psychological perspective.
In this subject, our budding running coacheswill take a closer look at training planning, focusing in particular on the following points:
- What factors need to be considered when planning training? - How can the performance build-up be optimized? - How can the athlete's motivation be increased?
You need to focus not only on the running route and running style of your future clients, but also on other factors. The points that need to be considered when designing an optimal training plan are the athlete's goals, their current level of performance, the available training equipment and infrastructure, as well as the time and local conditions. When setting goals, it is important to set realistic and achievable targets that motivate the athlete and help them to develop further.
Every runner is different. Not only in terms of their starting level, but also their goals and training. In order to meet the respective requirements, it is important that the running coach knows the needs of his athlete. This is the only way to create a training plan that really increases motivation and leads to the desired goals.
Running technique and movement training
Running technique is, alongside the metabolic (internal) parameters, one of the most important determinants of endurance performance.
The term "movement economy" refers, in simple terms, to the degree of energetic efficiency of running movements. Or in other words, how much energy is consumed with each stride? From observations and studies in recent years, we can conclude that a large number of runners who work on improving their running technique or movement optimization can achieve significant performance improvements.
Improving running technique is particularly relevant for runners who run at a high level and have ambitious goals. When the stride is too long and the foot lands far in front of the body's center of gravity, energy is wasted. The momentum of the running movement is slowed down with each step, and high forces act on the muscles, tendons, joints, and bones, increasing the risk of injury. The risk is especially high for runners who land on their heels, as there is a danger of landing too far in front. It is lower for those who land on the midfoot, automatically placing the foot closer below the body's center of gravity.
Running with an upright posture: At the end of the flight phase, just before the foot touches the ground, the brain sends a signal to the muscles to prepare for impact. The muscles contract to stabilize the joints. However, if this communication is faulty or too slow, the information does not reach the muscles in time. If the upper body is not properly aligned, ideal landing is not possible. If you have a hollow back, the upper body shifts backward and you land with your foot too far in front. If the upper body is leaning too far forward, clean landing is also not possible.
Is there such a thing as the "ideal" running technique?
What are the determinants of an economical running form?
Which aspects of running technique should I definitely consider, and where do I have individual leeway?
What approaches are suitable for improving/changing running technique?
Injury prevention and recovery (LCA)
Injury prevention and recovery are key issues in keeping runners healthy and efficient in the long term. Typical injuries such as shin splints, runner's knee or plantar fasciitis are often caused by overloading, technical deficits or a lack of regeneration. Acute injuries such as twisted ankles or muscle injuries often occur due to insufficient warm-up, incorrect load control or external factors such as unsuitable shoes.
Preventive measures such as stabilization and strengthening exercises, technique training and proper warm-up and warm-down play an important role in avoiding injuries. The importance of regeneration is emphasized, as the body improves strength, endurance and performance during this phase. Different methods of regeneration, such as active exercise (e.g. relaxed running), passive measures (e.g. massage or sleep) and a targeted diet, promote recovery. Conscious training planning with recovery days, variable methods and technological monitoring can help to prevent injuries and maintain the enjoyment of running.
Nutrition for runners
What we feed our body has a direct and significant impact on our physical performance. The actual improvements in running form naturally occur through targeted training. However, without adequate nutrition, even the best training plan is only half as valuable, or can potentially lead to a decline in performance. Well-thought-out nutrition is therefore often the most important supporting act of a holistic training.
In this module, we don't just tell you "how to eat", but teach you the fundamentals. In conjunction with knowledge of human physiology, you will understand why we need certain nutrients, what "tools" are available to us for developing a nutrition plan, and how to evaluate the latest "nutrition trends" found on the internet and social media.
Among other things, you will learn:
How is the energy we need for physical activity produced in the body?
How does "normal" nutrition differ from "optimal" sports nutrition?
How do the world's best endurance athletes eat?
How much flexibility do I have in creating my optimal nutrition plan?
What are the key "rules" of holistic sports nutrition?
Do I need to make special preparations regarding my nutrition for competition day?
How do I assess a client's nutrition and what "tools" are available to me to improve it?
Mental strength and motivation
Understandably, when it comes to training and sports, the body (or the physical aspect) is often at the center of attention. However, nowadays we know that the separation of body and mind is a false dichotomy. The inner attitude, mindset, psyche (call it what you will) has a strong and direct effect on the physical processes in the body. Therefore, it is not surprising that working on or training the inner world offers great potential for improving performance or enhancing training and quality of life.
In this course, we will explain:
Why is the nature of the "inner world" relevant to training?
How does my "perception of the world" affect my athletic performance or health?
What role does the type of my personal goals play? (e.g. intrinsic vs. extrinsic motivation)
What role does goal setting play and how do I set "optimal" goals?
What tools do I have to positively influence my inner dialogue?
Preparation for the competition (LCA)
Preparing for a competition involves targeted measures to optimize performance and minimize stress. The tapering phase plays a decisive role by reducing the training volume before the competition in order to promote regeneration and supercompensation. Performance is increased through adapted intensities and specific training plans. At the same time, this phase enables mental preparation through visualization and relaxation exercises.
Nutrition and hydration are key components of the competition week. Targeted carbo-loading replenishes glycogen stores, while a balanced fluid intake prevents dehydration. On race day, easily digestible, carbohydrate-rich meals are crucial, supplemented by tried and tested gels or drinks during the race.
Structured planning minimizes stress. A packing list ensures that all important items, from shoes to snacks, are prepared. Mental techniques such as visualization boost self-confidence by allowing you to mentally play through the course of the race and possible challenges. Pacemaking helps to optimally control the pace, efficiently allocate energy and reduce mental stress.
After the competition, the focus is on regeneration and reflection. Relaxed movements, targeted nutrition and sufficient sleep promote physical recovery. A feedback session and celebrating successes serve to build motivation for future competitions and analyze progress.
Running groups and coaching practice
Coaching running groups deals with the effective coaching and motivation of running groups. It highlights the benefits of running groups, including mutual motivation, social networking, health benefits and the opportunity to prepare for competitions by training together. Running groups also offer mental support, variety and help to boost self-confidence.
Another key point is the challenges that can arise in running groups, such as different performance levels, motivation problems and conflicts within the group. Strategies for overcoming these challenges are presented, for example by dividing into groups based on performance, clear communication, varied training sessions and encouraging group dynamics.
The principles of training design such as flexibility, integration and individualization are presented and show how they can be implemented in practice. Examples such as interval training, pyramid runs and technique exercises provide instructions for a varied training program that involves beginners and advanced runners alike. Finally, various methods are presented to make training varied and motivating, including pace groups, relay races and driving games to promote group dynamics and take different needs into account.
The licensing model in the fitness industry began to take hold in the 1980s. The exact timing may vary by region, but the growing popularity of fitness and health training led to a sharp increase in demand for qualified professionals. This made it necessary to set standards for the training of trainers and to recognize their qualifications.
The development of the licensing model was largely driven by the professionalization and growth of the fitness industry. Particularly in countries such as the USA, Germany and other Western European countries, a system of certificates and licenses was introduced to ensure that fitness trainers had in-depth knowledge in areas such as anatomy, training theory, nutrition and safety.
In Germany, for example, the B license was introduced as a basic qualification for fitness trainers, followed by higher levels such as the A license. The aim of introducing such models was to ensure quality and safety in the fitness sector and to provide consumers with guidance when choosing a competent trainer. Since then, the license model has continuously evolved to meet the growing demands and new trends in the fitness sector.
The licensing models (C-, B-, A-) are widely used in the fitness industry, but are not state-recognized qualifications for fitness trainers. They are awarded by private educational institutions or fitness associations and depend on their reputation. They are considered professional qualifications, but not formal state qualifications. Unfortunately, the licensing models are not standardized and are therefore difficult to compare between individual private training providers. They are generally graded according to learning level, starting with the C license.
Will the sports competence module count towards the price of further training courses if I have already completed it?
The sports competence module is not included several times in our training courses. If you have already completed the module, the examination will of course be recognized. This does not result in a price reduction, as the module is not charged again in further training courses. Your advantage: You save time and can concentrate on new content.
What is Blended Learning?
Blended Learning means that a portion of the course is carried out completely online, with digital media and online exames, and a portion of the course takes place as in-person or classroom units. The theory subjects from our „Basic Knowledge Module“ can be completed as online (distance) learning using our video lessons from home.
After registering for one of our courses you will receive access data for the Online Academy Account, and you can begin viewing the online lessons right away. Blended Learning is ideal for those with busy schedules and active professional lives.
What is the difference between a "Diploma" and an "A-License" course?
Flexyfit uses two terms for the highest level of various courses in German-speaking countries, and the difference between "Diploma/Diplom" and "A-License/Lizenz" lies only in the name. In Germany the term "Diplom" (diploma) is protected terminology that can only be used by certain educational institutions ("Hochschule") For this reason, we use the term "A-License", a much more widespread term. In Austria, the term "Diplom" (diploma) can be used when an appropriate education is undergone, however.
Regardless of the "Diploma Conundrum", our courses build on each other, such that a C-License is very preliminary and introductory, a B-License is more in-depth and an A-License represents a the highest, most comprehensive level of the specific course. Whether your certificate of completion for a course has printed A-License or Diploma will depend on the country in which you are located and your chosen language.
What is the difference between A-License and B-License?
The Diploma/A-License is an extended version of the B-License training.
We recommend the B-license above all to optimize your own training or to deal with the topics for a healthy life. The A-license training courses are well suited to starting a career in the respective field.
The training to become afitness trainer B licenseis completed as a purely distance learning course, i.e. the entire course can be completed from home.

Does the content of a fitness education differ depending on the institution?
It can be somewhat difficult to compare educational institutions in the areas of fitness, health and exercise, since they have the freedom to decide what the content of their courses is and where they put the focus in their education, as well as what they call their certificatons. One option is to compare the course units and the contents of the various subjects. If you need help, we are happy to consult with you at any time!
What do the certifications EN ISO 9001, ÖNORM D1501, TÜV certified courses and Ö-Cert mean?
TÜV EN ISO 9001 The Austrian certification agency TÜV Austria Cert GmbH has certified our quality management system, and we have been awarded the specific certificatin for EN ISO 9001. The means that the internal structures of our educational institution are certified.
TÜV-certified courses As already mentioned, there are not specific standards set for the content of fitness and wellness education. On our own initiative we have sought out this certification and offer courses that have been inspected in terms of the course contents, instructor qualifications and exam procedure. We want to stand out from competitors in this respect and guarantee the quality of our course contents.
TÜV ÖNORM D1501 The course Wellness & Fitness Personal Trainer has met the specifications of this standardization norm. This certification stipulates the course units, practical hours, and the course content.
Ö-Cert There are several providers who describe their courses as „certified according to Ö-Cert“. One could incorrectly assume that the entire course is certified. A layperson might mistakenly believe here that the entire course is certified. Unfortunately, this is not correct. Anyone who receives Ö-Cert as a training provider has certification as a quality provider in adult education and is thus listed with funding agencies for funding applications in Austria.

In order to complete the online exams for a specific course, the online exams for the Basic Knowledge Module must be successfully completed.
Do I need to know the Latin terminology for the exams?
You are here because you want to improve your expertise concerning the human body, how it works and how specific exercises affect certain musculature and joints.
Of particular interest are the origins and insertions of the individual muscles. So that you can best prepare for the exams, you can find the vocabulary for parts of the body, locations, directions and sizes throughout the presentations and texts for anatomy. Both Latin and common terms for bones, muscles, parts of the body and directions are used throughout the texts and videos.
How do I know if I am ready for an exam?
For each online subject exam you have one dummy exam (practice test) at your disposal. This exam is just like a real exam. The final grade does not get saved in your records and calculated in your final grade. You can use this dummy exam to get an impression of the format as well as the contents of the subject exam. This can help you evaluate if you are ready to take the exam.
How do the practical/oral exams work?
An examiner presents questions derived from the course contents to the student. The questions must be answered verbally as well as demonstrated physically alone with any necessary explanations , depending on the nature of the question.
The examiner awards points for each question. The student must receive a minimum of 50% of the total possible points in order to successfully pass the exam.
The exam location and time can be booked via the Academy Account, where you can also complete online theory exams and, where applicable, upload documented practical hours or tasks .
What counts as a passing grade for the exams?
In order to pass an exam, you must earn a minimum of 50% of the available points. The grading scale is as follows:
with excellence ( 90 -100% of possible points)
with high honors (80 - 89% of possible points)
with honors (70 -79% of possible points)
satisfactory completion (50 - 69% of possible points)
fail (below 50% of possible points)
What happens if I fail the exam?
You have 2 attempts for each subject exam and for the final exam. These are included in the course costs for every course package. (Packages Premium and VIP include additional attempts in the course costs.) After failing the first attempt, allow our system 2-3 days to make your second attempt available to you. If you fail both attempts, additional fees are required for the additional attempts. These fees vary depending on the type of exam.
For each subject, a maximum of 5 exam attempts are possible, and the 5th attempt must be carried out as an oral exam with an examiner.
When paying with an installment plan, a minimum 600€ down payment is required. Online Courses do not require down payment.
from 1000€ up to 2000€: 5 monthly installments possible
from 2001€ up to 3000€: 10 monthly installments possible
from 3001€ and up: 15 monthly installments possible (no interest, no fees).
Can the bill be made out to a company?

We will write up the bill with the provided information for you.
Can I receive financial aid or grants for my course?
Our courses are appropriate for many financial support and grant programs. Whether your course is financed by such an institution or program is not up to us, however. The financial aid institution will decide if they will support your education with us. We are happy to provide you with the course information that the financial aid institution requires for an application. You are responsible for the application for financial aid or grants.
An overview of the most relevant support institutions can be found here.
If I am approved for financial aid from an institution do they take over my course costs immediately?
Depending on the funding institution, either the cost of your course will be taken over immediately (e.g. AMS) or you will be responsible for your course costs during your study and receive repayment of those costs after successful course completion (e.g. waff). Please inform yourself of the exact stipulations of funding with your institution.

Great training and super nice people. You can tell how much emphasis is placed on conveying the necessary knowledge to the course participants in an understandable way. I was even kindly allowed to take a course completely free of charge after there were somewhat problematic and disruptive participants in my group. I will 100% take more courses with you in the future because learning is extremely fun, especially thanks to the friendly staff!
The entire flexyfit team is extremely friendly, prompt and helpful. The lecturers are competent and respond to the course participants. All learning materials were provided clearly and in sufficient detail. The additional videos mean there is something for every type of learner. All in all, the training and exam went well. I can definitely recommend flexyfit and will be happy to book and recommend further training courses with you again!
I really enjoyed training to become a B-license fitness trainer there. The teaching materials provided are great and flawless. I learned a lot of new things there and always enjoyed what I was doing. The team is great and is always there for you if you have any questions!
The best thing that could have happened to me is this academy. Access to participants is excellent. All employees are very competent, very professional and very friendly. A person can learn so much that it is indescribably good. I would recommend it to everyone. When I arrived in Austria I was looking for something like this and luckily I found this academy and signed up for the course without hesitation. Everything we get in return is worth 100 times more than what we pay. Indescribable experience, indescribable people, once again and 1000 times I say: Thank you for everything, thank you for this indescribable experience. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU
I was able to learn a lot of new things as part of my training at the Flexyfit Academy and was able to take on a new, demanding challenge with my chosen course. The structure of the training courses is very understandable and clear, so that you can master the distance learning course on your own without any problems. If there were any questions, ambiguities or isolated problems, the Academy team was always quick to help and we could always find a common solution. Here and there I would have liked a little more practical relevance. Nevertheless, I always felt very comfortable, had great speakers and with my degree as a qualified medical sports coach, many new doors are now open to me :)
I was able to complete my chosen course very well and quickly. The team is very quick and courteous and you are always offered a good solution if there are any uncertainties. I will book again when I get the chance and can recommend the academy!
Training at Flexyfit was the best decision; I learned a lot about sport and nutrition. The support was always there, very competent and nice staff/trainers. I will definitely recommend the Academy. Especially thanks to Melanie, Sarah and Daniel
A really demanding training, great material, the videos are great, the script complements it well. The structure is very sensible and you can find your way around easily. I just find the proportionality of the yoga license compared to the Pilates license unfavorable. Many more exams are required for the yoga license. The final exam for the yoga license is also significantly more difficult; in my opinion, questions need to be reconsidered.
Thank you Flexyfit - very competent, great documents and support. The practical exercises in Innsbruck were TOP - thank you Matthias. I can only recommend. I will continue. 😉
Very high quality training! The Flexyfit Academy tried very hard to answer and explain in detail all the questions that arose during the training. Can I definitely recommend!
Absolutely satisfied! I chose distance learning because I couldn't be there in person, and I highly recommend it! Everything worked smoothly, contact was quick and a solution was always found if there were any problems. The team is super friendly and the profile overview is very clear. A small suggestion: It would be helpful if users who are inactive for a long time received a reminder or if an app were available so that they could learn on the go.
I was very positively surprised by the training! The distance learning course was very uncomplicated and the service was also perfect! The materials were very good and I learned a lot! I can recommend it with a clear conscience! Update 2024: Now that I have completed my third training course, I can only confirm my first assessment! As a full-time worker, it was a great opportunity for me to do part-time training that corresponds to my passion! I regularly read books on the subject of sport and health, and I have to say that the training courses everywhere are very good and up to date! That surprised me somewhat positively! =) Thanks to Flexyfit I can now turn my hobby into a career! So another clear recommendation from me!
A great training program that is offered there, with a very friendly and competent team. It was a pleasure to learn with your very well prepared videos and scripts. I'm already looking forward to my next training. I'm already looking forward to my next training. I can only highly recommend it, I definitely give it 5 stars.
I did the children's trainer training at Flexyfit. From the very beginning you receive great support and the communication is perfect. Everyone is hardworking and friendly. Everything worked perfectly online and on site. It definitely won't be the last training or workshop I do with you. I am looking forward to meet you again. Thanks to Daniel, Melanie and Beno :-)
Flexible learning made easy :) Very competent and friendly. Very quick answers to questions and I would recommend Flexyfit to anyone who wants to do training in the sports sector 💪🏾
I have already completed two correspondence courses and I can say that continuing my education with the Flexyfit courses is simply fun. You learn at your own pace and are flexible in terms of time and location.
I have now completed two training courses at the Flexyfit Academy and would do it again in a heartbeat. If possible, I recommend the face-to-face courses, they simply result in a really exciting exchange. Service and support are top and all needs are taken into account. Mini drawback: the online learning system is not entirely straight-forward, but you get used to it quickly.
➕ Good institute with a great online academy and a wide range of training options. I have already completed 3 training courses there. I like the modular structure, so that various basic modules can also be used for other training courses. ➖ Unfortunately, the price structure has been adjusted so that (basic) modules that have already been completed can no longer be deducted from the price. A pity.
I have already completed two training courses at the Flexyfit Sports Academy and am completely satisfied! A super nice team, the organization and documents are top - can only be recommended ;)
Great team! The organization of the training is uncomplicated and very competent. The speakers are professional and experienced and bring a good mix of theory and practice. Overall, only recommended.
Incredibly friendly team, always available, incredibly helpful and trying very hard to find a solution for everything. The learning videos and scripts are well prepared and easy to follow. I was personally able to learn the most from the really good tutors in the practical part. Overall, you get a very good overview and insight into the relevant subject areas. The course also showed me personally where I would like to orient myself further and which areas I would like to deepen in depth. In addition: well-equipped teaching halls and very attractive rooms - everything is very inviting and familiar. Every now and then you see someone from the team just coming back from running or the weight room - that makes you feel right away! (Training: Dipl. Medical Sports Supervisor)
I am very satisfied, I had a TOP professor (which is not a given these days). I think it's great that as a nutrition trainer you also have to learn anatomical subjects (it's called sports competence). The support was great too. Very helpful team! All in all I'm very satisfied.
Super fast and nice service! Every question answered immediately and in a pleasant and appreciative way! What would be better would be more time for face-to-face teaching!
My training at Flexyfit Sport Academy... I received the best support and advice from the most competent, friendly and successful team. Many thanks to the top team (office, speakers and coaches). It was a great pleasure for me to walk with you on the path to realizing my own goals.
For all coaches who want to absorb detailed knowledge in one or more areas. I'm just very enthusiastic about the Flexyfit Sport Acamedy and felt like I was in great hands with the trainers. The enthusiasm was so palpable even during the Zoom workshops. Regardless of whether you prefer to read the script or watch the accompanying videos, there is a medium for every type of learner and the learning material is extremely well prepared. And should any questions arise, the “Customer Service” is there super quickly and responds after a few hours or is there to give advice.
Simply great and very, very nice. All the employees from the Flexyfit Sports Academy team are so nice, courteous and helpful. Help is available within minutes to an hour if questions arise while learning online. It's a lot to learn, but it shows that trainer training, no matter the subject, requires a certain foundation and I personally think it's exactly right. For me, this shows quality and that not every self-proclaimed professional is also a connoisseur and expert. Be careful with who and where you train! It is our body and every person should pay attention to it and have the “right” trainer with specialist knowledge at their side. I can only recommend Flexyfit Sports Academy. Many thanks to all Flexyfit Sports Academy employees, you are great!!!!!
Incredibly helpful staff! Even worked especially for me on public holidays and made appointments, very accommodating and supportive. Absolutely recommended and happy :)
The training (Dipl. Health Fitness & Personal Trainer) is really great, if I had a problem I was always helped very quickly. The videos in conjunction with the scripts are very helpful and well designed, the training overall is well structured, including the intermediate exams, practice tasks, etc. This consolidates what you have learned even better! The lecturers are also very competent and my two examiners were very friendly and relaxed, so there was no reason to be nervous. All in all highly recommended!
Excellent training opportunities and outstanding experiences: I had the pleasure of completing three different training courses at the Flexyfit Sports Academy, and it is without a doubt a first-class facility for the further development of sporting skills. No matter whether you are striving to build strength, flexibility or endurance, you will find the right program here. State-of-the-art facilities: The facilities at Flexyfit Sports Academy are first class and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. They ensure an optimal training experience and enable participants to get the best out of themselves. An inspiring community: The atmosphere in the academy is motivating and supportive. Excellent value for money: The quality of the training you receive is in excellent relation to the cost. It is an investment for health and well-being. I can fully recommend the Flexyfit Sports Academy. The training I completed here exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a place where you can achieve your sporting goals, this is the place. The Academy deserves top marks and I look forward to further training in the future.
The training to become a qualified fitness trainer was very instructive and interesting. The modules are carefully structured and go from theory to practice. The whole training was uncomplicated. Service perfect, I can only recommend the Academy. Melanie and Sarah thank you for everything! Simply great!
